Yes, we accept payments via Paypal and credit card.
After I place an order when do you send out the products?
A.M IDEAS will process all orders within seven working days of receipt of an order (not including weekends and bank holidays) unless otherwise informed - in the case of custom orders, items not in stock, waiting for production. After the package is sent out we will immediately send you a delivery confirmation email and within the email will include its tracking number.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How long does a shipment usually take to arrive?

We do offer Express Mail Service (EMS) at an extra fee, please send us an email if you would like to use this service and we will send you a quotation of its cost and time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our products are nicely wrapped and ready to give as presents.
How can I see the product in person?

Can I return a product?
All sales are final. However, if you have special conditions and wish to return the product(s), please contact A.M IDEAS before returning any items. Our email address is: hello @amideas.com.
